Army Aviation
Dozens of HUPP KIT® options are offered for Army aviation maintenance, including phase, inspection, component overhaul, and corrosion prevention and repair. Kits are built for the AH-64 Apache, CH-47 Chinook, OH-58 Kiowa, and UH-60 Black Hawk, with tailored options for commercial CH-47 and UH-60 platforms. Made to order with minimal lead time and full documentation for material traceability, so MRO teams can stay focused on the aircraft instead of tracking down individual parts.
Wire Harness Prep
HUPP KIT® offers options for wire harness and cable assembly, from wire-only kits to complete-harness kits. Wires can be identified using UV laser technology or heat shrink markers, but can also be left unmarked when no ID is needed. Wire can be cut to length, stripped, and crimped as required.
Hupp employs Certified IPC Specialists (CIS) who handle small subassemblies. Add connectors, backshells, splices, shrink tubing, and any other components your harness calls for. One kit per harness. All components and wires are individually bagged and labeled, with full documentation for material traceability.

Custom Built Kits
HUPP KIT® options for any application that needs to be kitted and packaged however the job requires. We've built hardware kits in plastic totes, tacklebox-style cases for grab-and-go field use, protective hard-shell cases for ruggedized environments, and wooden crates for heavier mechanical assemblies. Components are individually bagged and labeled per kit, with full documentation for material traceability. By handling the sourcing, packaging, and documentation in-house, we take the repetitive procurement work off your team so they can focus on the build.
